Emily is particularly fascinated by how the fields of physiology, psychology and spirituality merge, and sincerely believes in her clients’ ability to discover freedom in body, mind and spirit. Emily has extensively practiced and integrated the philosophies of Buddhism and Taoism into her life’s work, and holds the vision that we all have the ability to cultivate an inner atmosphere of clarity and peace by consistently investing our energy into behaviors that honor our intuition. Our relationship with food is often a microcosmic expression of our inner world, and is therefore a tangible opportunity for healing and self-discovery. Emily embraces the principles of intuitive eating in her approach, and sees the flow of mindful eating as a way to integrate joy, energy, pleasure and presence into daily life.
