Emily has been working in the field of nutrition for the past 10 years & is passionate about helping clients find peace and satisfaction in their relationship with food. A relationship that works for and feels right for them. She brings a wealth of knowledge from years of experience at leading eating disorder and mental health treatment centers, as well as a strong back ground in Medical Nutrition Therapy from the clinical setting. 

 

Utilizing an Intuitive Eating and weight-inclusive approach, my clients have access to the foundation, tools, practices and communities required to cultivate a compassionate, healing relationship with food, body and their emotions.
